My Story

Namaste, my name is Swarna Sardha.

As a child, I experienced a lot of trauma, but through my work as a family constellation facilitator, I’ve been able to address my family lineage and heal my own childhood wounds.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to open the hearts of others—and my own—through this work.

My life’s motto is: “No guts, no glory,” because I believe you can only help and heal others if you have first helped and healed yourself. You have to practice what you preach .

Thanks to my travels to India, Tibet, and Nepal and other countries, along with my personal spiritual development and my family’s rich spiritual background, I’ve developed a heightened ability to sense, guide, and support others.

My background is in social work, and I love to think outside the box, especially in the way I approach family constellation sessions.

How I Work

By using Duplo dolls and other materials, I create visual representations of relationships, providing both an overview and deeper insight. From a systemic perspective, the client’s issues are visualized, and an inner dialogue is initiated. As the saying goes, “The image stays longer than spoken language.”

The client begins to process their suffering by observing the images created. Together with me, Sharda, this visual representation becomes a powerful acknowledgment and intervention. It allows for a sense of closeness while also maintaining the distance needed to gain a clear perspective on what’s unfolding.

Constellations can also evolve over time, allowing for the visualization of wishes and helping the client focus on and guide their transformation. It’s a powerful tool that works from different perspectives, including structural, narrative, and solution-focused approaches.

Family constellations offer valuable insights into family dynamics, helping to clarify positions and issues within the system.

I have already facilitated around 200 one-on-one table constellations based on family constellations. With this experience, I am well-equipped to support you on your outward and inward journey !

Soul Retrieval – Shamanic Healing

Na de bars sessie van Swarna voelde ik me weer relaxt en rustig in mijn hoofd en in mijn lijf. Daar heb ik een hele tijd profeit van gehad. Onder andere dat ik weer goed sliep.

I met Swarna during a Kundalini Facilitator weekend. Upon entering, I immediately felt a beautiful, pure energy around her, which led me to ask if I could sit next to her. Later, it became clear to me that she carried this energy with her, partly due to her travels to distant places like India. And perhaps, who knows… even from past lives? This energy is also palpable in her home, thanks to the high-frequency spiritual tools she has gathered. It is truly a breath of fresh air to experience a Family Constellation, Bars, or Soul Retrieval session with her in full trust.

The Family Constellation gave me insight, not only into where I stood as a child at the time, but also into the talents that have developed through sacred wounds. Familie opstelling
Tijdens mijn familieopstelling observeerde Swarna goed en stelde ze goede vragen waardoor ik nog meer inzicht heb gekregen in mijn familie dynamiek.
Swarna is rustig, luistert goed, en heeft humor! Daarnaast heeft ze een fijne positieve energie en kan ze zich goed invoelen in haar cliënt. Een familieopstelling bij haar raad ik zeer aan! Sardha heeft de gave om patronen en blokkades binnen je familie systeem zichtbaar te maken. Zij doet dit op een rustige manier en met heel veel warmte. Het was confronterend en intens maar hierdoor heb veel inzichten over mezelf en mijn familie gekregen waar ik weer mee verder kan. Ik ervaar de opstelling bij Sardha dan ook als zeer waardevol en raad een ieder dit aan.

Onlangs heb ik bij Swarna een soul retreavel sessie ondergaan. Tijdens ons gesprek kwamen we tot de kern van mijn ‘probleem’, zodat ik wist wat ik mocht loslaten en wat ik daarvoor in de plaats terug wilde. Zij begeleidde mij met haar zachte stem en Sjamanistische rituelen.
